- Are your overseas offices out of touch with your firm's vision and corporate
values? Is your head office out of touch with your local needs?
- Does your head office lack strong two-way communication with its overseas
subsidiaries which impedes development of global best practices?
- Do the heads of your foreign subsidiaries tend to get caught in between the needs of the head office and overseas staff?
- Are you looking for ways to keep key overseas staff members in place for the long run?
- Is overseas staff training being left in the hands of local offices? Or is training limited to annual programs which bring key staff members from all over the world to the head office?
